استشكالات الصحابة رضي اللَّه عنهم لنصوص الوحيين

Abstract

"يهدف هذا البحث إلى جمع ودراسة لنصوص في الكتاب والسُّنَّة استشكل فَهمَها الصَّحابةُ رضي اللَّه عنهم وبيان المقصود منها وكيفية تعاملهم معها؛ حيث جاءت خُطَّة البحث في مقدمة وخمسة مباحث وخاتمة، أمَّا المقدمة فاشتملت على: إشكالية البحث، وأهميته، وأهدافه، والأسباب الباعثة عليه، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث. أمَّا المبحث التَّمهيدي والأول فهما عبارة عن دراسة نظرية تأصيلية، ففي المبحث التمهيدي عرَّفت بالمصطلحات الواردة في البحث، وهي: الاستشكال، الصحابة، الوحيين، بالإضافة إلى تطرُّقي لمسألة حجية السنة عند الصَّحابة وأهميتها في فهم كتاب الله عز وجل، والتي رأيتها مهمة في التأصيل لما بعدها، أمَّا المبحث الثاني فذكرت فيه جملة من أسباب هذه الاستشكالات ومنهج الصحابة في التعامل معها. أمَّا المباحث الثلاثة المتبقيَّة فتُكَوِّن الدراسة التطبيقية والتي رتَّبت أحاديثها على الأبواب، وقمت بدراستها حديثًا حديثًا متَّبعًا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، أمَّا المبحث الأول فضمَّنته الأحاديث المتعلِّقة بالعقيدة والتفسير، وأمَّا المبحث الثاني فضمَّنته الأحاديث المتعلِّقة بالعبادات وكانت أحاديث المبحث الثالث في أبواب: الجهاد، الأدب، الفتن والعلم. وفي الأخير وضعت خاتمة ضَمَّنتُها نتائج لحقائق توصَّلت إليها وأهم التوصيات، وذيَّلت البحث بعدد من الفهارس لِيَسهُل الرجوع إليه والاستفادة منه. "" This research aims to collect and study texts in the Qur’an and the Sunnah that the Companions questioned their understanding, and to clarify what they meant and how they dealt with them. The research plan came in an introduction, five chapters and a conclusion.The introduction included: the research problem, its importance, its objectives, the reasons behind it, previous studies, and the research plan. As for the introductory topic and the first, they are an fondamontal theoretical study. In the preliminary study, I defined the terms contained in the research, namely: confusion, companions, and revelations, in addition to my touch on the issue of the authenticity of the Sunnah among the Companions and its importance in understanding the Qur’an, which I saw as important in rooting for what follows. As for the second topic, I mentioned a number of the reasons for these problems and the approach of the Companions in dealing with them As for the remaining three sections, they constitute the applied study, which arranged its hadiths on the chapters, and I studied them recently, following the descriptive analytical approach. In the first section of them, I dealt with Hadiths of creed and interpretation. In the second section, Idealt with worships Hadiths, while the third section was about: Strive, morals, fascinate, science and them. In the end, I put a conclusion that included the results of the facts I reached and the most important recommendations, and the research was appended with a number of indexes to make it easier to refer to and benefit from it.
