موقف المؤسسة الصناعية الجزائرية من الدراسات السوسيو-تنظيمية قراءة نقدية

Abstract

مصداقية ونجاعة البحث وتحديد هويته، يستوجب تكثيف جهود كل الأطراف ذات الصلة (أفراد مجتمع البحث، هيئات مشرفة، باحثين، جهات وصية.. وغيرها من الأطراف)، وتحديد موجهات العمل وتنظيم العلاقات بين المشتغلين بالبحث والمجتمع المستهدف منه، وفق مبادئ وقيم أساسية تلتزم بها كل الأطراف، انطلاقا من أن البحث السوسيو-تنظيمي في عالم اليوم، قد قدم أوراق اعتماده كأحد الحقول المعرفية التي لها مكانة أساسية في تطور المجتمعات ونهضتها العلمية، وفي هذا السياق جاءت هذه المداخلة كمحاولة لتوضيح موقف المؤسسة الصناعية الجزائرية من الدراسات السوسيو-تنظيمية، وذلك من خلال محاولة الإجابة على الأسؤالين الآتيين: 1. هل يمكن الحديث عن توافق بين تصورات الباحث السوسيولوجي ورغبات المؤسسة الصناعية الجزائرية؟ 2. ما مدى الإطلاع على نتائج البحوث السوسيولو-تنظيمية واعتمادها من طرف المؤسسة الصناعية الجزائرية لمعالجة مشكلاتها Abstract: The credibility and effectiveness of research and its identification require intensifying the efforts of all the relevant parties (members of the research community, supervisory bodies, researchers, trustees and others), defining the guidelines of work and regulating the relations between the research workers and the society targeted by it, in accordance with basic principles and values to which all parties are committed, on the basis that socioregulatory research in today's world has presented its credentials as one of the fields of knowledge that is central to the development and scientific advancement of societies. In this context, this intervention was an attempt to clarify the position of the Algerian industrial establishment on Socio-organizational studies, by trying to answer the following two questions: 1. Is it possible to talk about a compatibility between the perceptions of the sociological researcher and the wishes of the Algerian Industrial Establishment? 2. The extent to which the research results are known to the Sociological-Regulatory Institute and adopted by the Algerian Industrial Establishment to address its organizational problems.
