مبادرات عربية للتحول الرقمي داخل القطاع الصحي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تبيان واقع التحول الرقمي في مجال الرعاية الصحية داخل المملكة العربية السعودية والامارات العربية المتحدة ،وذلك باستعراض البرامج والسياسات التي قاموا بها بغية تجسيد التحول الرقمي والاعتماد على تقنياته ، في محاولة منهم لمواكبة التغيرات المتسارعة والكبيرة في البيئة التكنولوجية وبالتالي الاندماج في نظام الصحة العالمي ، مع عرض أبرز التحديات والعوائق التي واجهتها في تبني هذا المفهوم. وقد خلصت الدراسة الى تمكن كل من السعودية والامارات في محاكاة نموذج عالمي في مجال الصحة الرقمية وكذا احتلالهم المراكز الأولى عربيا في تطور سوق الرعاية الصحية من خلال إعادة هيكلة القطاع الصحي وتهيئة النية التحتية وتدريب الكوادر البشرية وتغيير الثقافة التنظيمية السائدة. This study aims to clarify the reality of digital transformation in the healthcare sector within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, by reviewing the programs and policies they have implemented to realize digital transformation and rely on its technologies, in an attempt to keep pace with the rapid and significant changes in the technological environment and thus integrate into the global health system. The study concluded that Saudi Arabia and the UAE were able to simulate a global model in the sector of digital health, as well as occupy the first positions in the Arab world in the development of the health care market by restructuring the health care sector, preparation of infrastructure, training of human resources and changing the prevailing organizational culture.
