Abstract
" تدعى الجدائخ كغيخىا من الجول إلى ججب االستثمار األجنبي المباشخ باعتباره خيار جج استخاتيجي
ال مناص منو لتحقيق متطمبات التنمية المدتجامة في ظل التطهرات الخاىنة, وعميو ييجف البحث إلى
التعخف عمى مفيهم االستثمار األجنبي المباشخ والتنمية المدتجامة في الجدائخ, وعخض أثاره عمى
مؤشخات التنمية المدتجامة في الجدائخ خالل الفتخة )1995-2018 ,)ولتحقيق ىحا اليجف استخجمت
الجراسة بيانات سنهية لدمدمة زمنية لكل من االستثمار األجنبي المباشخ ومؤشخات التنمية المدتجامة, كما
تم استخجام اختبارات جحر الهحجة لجراسة االستقخارية, ثم تقجيخ نمهذج العالقة طهيمة وقصيخة األجل
باستخجام منيجية ARDL.
بينت نتائج االختبارات وجهد عالقة تهازنية طهيمة األجل بين االستثمار األجنبي المباشخ والبعج
االجتماعي وانعجام العالقة بين االستثمار األجنبي المباشخ والبعج البيئي لمتنمية, كما أن االستثمار
األجنبي المباشخ أثخ عمى معجل البطالة بصهرة سمبية في األجل الطهيل, في حين كان أثخ االستثمار
األجنبي المباشخ سالب عمى معجل البطالة ومعجل نمه إجمالي الناتج المحمي في األجل القصيخ وبمعجل
ضعيف ججا, لكن ىناك إمكانية حجوث تأثيخ مهجب في األجل الطهيل وذلك من خالل تبني الدمطات
الجدائخية لإلجخاءات التصحيحية المناسبة.
""Abstract:
Algeria, like other countries seeks to attract foreign direct investment as an unavoidable
strategic option to realize the requirements of sustainable development in light of current
developments, Therefore, the research aims to identify the concept of foreign direct
investment and sustainable development in Algeria, and its effects on the indications of
sustainable development in Algeria during the period (1995-2018), to achieve this goal, the
study used annual time series data for both foreign direct investment and sustainable
development indicators, the unit root tests were also used to study stability, then estimate the
long and short term relationship model using the ARDL methodology.
The results of the tests showed the existence of a long-term equilibrium relationship between
foreign direct investment and the social dimension of development, and the absence of a
relationship between foreign direct investment and the environmental dimension of
development, Also, foreign direct investment had a negative effect on the unemployment rate
in the long term, while the effect of foreign direct investment was negative on the
unemployment rate and the rate of GDP growth in the short term at a very weak rate, but there
is the possibility of a positive effect in the long term, through the adoption of the appropriate
corrective measures by the Algerian authorities.
