الكوارث الطبيعية على بلاد المغرب الإسلامي خلال القرنين (07هـ/09هـ) (13م-15م)

Abstract

تؤرخ هذه الدراسة للكوارث الطبيعية في بلاد المغرب خلال العصور الوسطى؛ وبالضبط فيما بين القرنين(07هـ)(09هـ)(13م-15م)؛حيث ترصد مختلف الكوارث الطبيعية وأبرزها المجاعات، والأوبئة والأمراض، و كذا العواصف والفياضانات، كما أن الدراسة تبين مختلف السلوكات الناتجة عن هذه الأزمات ومنها سلوكات متعلقة بالسلب والنهب وأخرى ذات علاقة بالاحتكار والهجرة، و كذا التضامن والتكافل، كما تبرز الدراسة أيضا ردود أفعال الإنسان المغاربي إزاء هذه الكوارث والأزمات، سواء كانت على مستوى المجتمع أو على مستوى الدولة. وفي الأخير تحاول هذه الدراسة إجراء مقاربة جزئية بين "نظرية التحدي و الاستجابة" لأرنولد توينبي ، و ما أبدعه السكان المغاربة من أساليب لتحدي الأزمات الطبيعية . This study gives a detail on the history of the natural crises experienced in the Maghreb in the Middle Ages, precisely between the seventh and ninth centuries of the Hegira (thirteenth and fifteenth century), and which follows in particular, the most important problems such as famines, epidemics, as well as storms and floods. The study also shows various behaviors resulting from these crises including looting-related behaviors and others due to monopoly and immigration. This study also highlights the reactions of the Maghrebian man to these disasters, both at the level of the individual and that of the state. Finally, the researcher attempts to make an approach between Arnold Toynbee's challenge-response theory and the methods presented by the Maghreb population of the time to confront and challenge natural crises.
