الحديث النبوي وإشكاليات فهمه لدى شريحة الشباب المثقف: منهج مقترح في الخروج من مأزق الحداثة إلى آفاق الفهم الصحيح

Abstract

تسعى الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على العلاقة بين الحديث النبوي والهموم الدينية التي يحملها شبابنا والمثقف، الذي يعيش الحداثة في أجلى صورها، والتقنية العلمية في أشد تعقيداتها، ثم تواجِهُه نصوصٌ معينة تشكل لديه إما حاجزا عن معاقرة الحداثة وقيمها، وكابحا عن الانغماس فيها، ولا يجد ما يروي تعطشه للموقف العدل منها. تتجه الدراسة إلى تقديم جواب منهجي عن هذا السؤال، بحيث يقف الشاب على أرض صلبة أمام مأزق الحداثة، ويمتلك أجوبة مقنعة أمام أسئلتها العقدية والحياتية الشاملة، ولكن قبل أن تعرض الدراسة للجواب المقترح، فإنها ستأتي باستبانة واسعة، استشرفتْ فيها آراء الشباب عن مدى المأزق الفكري الذي يعيشونه سواء على مستوى العقيدة المرتبط بالتوحيد والتسليم للأوامر الشرعية، ثم على مستوى التشريع المرتبط بالالتزام بالحلال وتجنب الحرام، وللحديث النبوي في الأمرين منزلة تأسيسية كما هو جلي. هنا تنتقل الدراسة إلى تقديم مقترحها الفكري عن منهج التعامل مع الحديث والنصوص النبوية، بحيث توضح الفروق بين القراءة التفصيلية للنصوص التي تنتسب لأهل الحديث، والقراءة الكلية للنصوص التي تنتسب لأهل الرأي، وتحاول أن تختبر الدراسة أي المنهجين هو الأقرب للإجابة عن أسئلة الحداثة المذكورة والأقرب إلى وعي الشباب وحاجاتهم، أهو المنهج الأول أم الثاني أم لابد من حضورهما معا في النشاط الفكري العلمي، والأخير هو ما رجحته الدراسة واختاره Abstract: The study seeks to shed light on the relationship between the Prophet’s hadith and the religious concerns of our youth, who lives modernity in its purest form. They are confronted by Hadith texts that constitute a barrier from embracing modernity and its values, they are always seeking a just attitude about it. The study tends to provide a methodical answer to this question, so that the young people will stand on solid ground in the face of the predicament of modernity, and will have convincing answers to its doctrinal and comprehensive life questions. the study depends in presenting its proposed answer on a survey, in which it explores the opinions of young people about the extent of the intellectual predicament they live in at the level of submission to the religious orders, (Halal and Haram). The Prophet’s hadith in these matters has a foundational status as is evident. the study presents its methodical proposal on the approach to dealing with prophetic texts. It clarifies the differences between the detailed reading of the texts that belong to the people of hadith, and the total reading of the texts that belong to the people of opinion. As well as it tests which of these two approaches is the closest to answering the questions of modernity and the closest to the awareness of young people and their needs, is it the first or the second method, or they must be presented together in the intellectual Hadith activities. the latter is what the study chooses and provides evidence for its validity.
