تعرف الصحراء الجزائرية ظروف طبيعية تجعلها متميزة إلى حد ما عن صحارى الأقطار المجاورة لها سواء على صعيد معالم السطح أو ظروفها البيئية وتنوعها في بعدها الإيكولوجي الطبيعي، مما جعلها في الحقيقة تخفي الكثير من أسرارها وخباياها عن الباحثين والمستكشفين ورغم كل ذلك فهي لم تنل حقها من التحقيق والدراسة، ربما قد يكون هذا المقال لبنة تحفز على خلق عمل أكاديمي متكامل في المستقبل.
