Abstract

This research is about the child‘s issues in Malik‘s Fiquh . However, this subject’s importance it is neglected by many people because the child is considered as irresponsible person in the Islamic doctrine. Our subject aims to create a general view about the child‘s issues in the Malik’s Fiquh. So, we start the first section by talking about the birth‘s issues which includes the naming, the circumcision and and the aquiquah. In the second section, we have dealt with the child’s personal issues such as: the parentage, the bosom, and the expenses …etc. The third section is specified for the child ‘s worship. Moreover, we have spoken in the last section about the child ‘stransaction, felonies, education, and his morals. Finnaly ,we have ended our research by giving a set of results. The latter assures that the child has many special issues. These issues must be respected and never be neglected because they are his own rights.
