dc.description.abstractهدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أهم أدوات التشخيص المالي في المؤسسات الاقتصادية، وتكمن أهميتها في اعتبار نموذج التمان أحد أهم النماذج التي تسمح بتحليل الوضعية المالية للمؤسسات والتنبؤ بالوضعية المستقبلية لها، وهذا لاستعماله العديد من النسب المالية ذا دلالة على أداء المؤسسة المالي، لهذا حاولنا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية التعريف بالنموذج وكيفية تطبيقه، وإبراز أهم أدوات قياس وتقييم الأداء المالي إضافة لتحليل وتشخيص الوضعية المالية لمؤسسة تواب، حيث توصلنا الى أن المؤسسة معرضة لخطر الفشل المالي خلال السنوات اللاحقة للدراسة بسبب عدم توازن البنية المالية لها The importance of this study lies in considering the Tamman model as one of the most important models that allows for analyzing the financial status of institutions and predicting their future status. This is because it uses many financial percentages that are indicative of the performance of the institution. This is why we aim, through this research paper, to introduce the model and how to apply it, and to highlight the most important tools for measuring and evaluating financial performance, in addition to analyzing and diagnosing the financial status of the Tawab institution. We concluded that the institution is in danger of financial failure during the years following the study because of the imbalance in its financial structureen_US
