Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور المقاولاتية في النهوض بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في ظل جهود الدولة الجزائرية الرامية للنهوض بهذا القطاع باعتباره سبيلا لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وذلك من خلال قدرة هذه المؤسسات على المساهمة في زيادة الطاقات الإنتاجية واستيعاب اليد العاملة كما تعتبر مصدرا للإبداع والابتكار، واعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لتقييم دور المقاولاتية في إنشاء وتنمية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وتم تسليط الضوء على كل من الصندوق الوطني للتأمين عن البطالةCNAC ) ) ، الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية ANADE ) ) و الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر ANGEM )) لولاية الوادي كدراسة حالة لهم ومن خلال هذه الدراسة توصلنا إلى أن هذه الوكالات لها دور فعال في بعث الاقتصاد الوطني وإنعاشه محليا ووطنيا وإعطاء فرصة للشباب لإنشاء مؤسسات صغيرة ومتوسطة وتعزيز القدرات الإنتاجية من خلال دورها في دعم ومرافقة وتمويل هذه المؤسسات.This study aims to highlight the role of entrepreneurship in promoting small and medium enterprises in light of the efforts of the Algerian state to promote this sector as a way to achieve economic and social development, through the ability of these enterprises to contribute to increasing production capacities and absorbing the labor force, as it is a source of creativity and innovation. In this study, we relied on the descriptive approach to assess the role of entrepreneurship in establishing and developing small and medium enterprises. The National Unemployment Insurance Fund (CNAC), the National Agency for Entrepreneurship Support and Development (ANADE) and the National Agency for Microcredit Management (ANGEM) of El-Oued State were highlighted as a study. A case of them and through this study we concluded that these agencies have an effective role in reviving the national economy locally and nationally and giving an opportunity for young people to establish small and medium enterprises and enhance productive capacities through their role in supporting, accompanying and financing these institutions.
