Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of strategic intelligence in its dimensions (future vision, motivation, creativity) in improving strategic flexibility (flexibility of resources, flexibility of capabilities) at the University of El-Oued in Algeria, andthe study population consisted of all employees in Top management and middle management in the institution under study, and the analytical descriptive approach was used for its suitability to the nature of the study, and data was collected through a questionnaire. Where a random sample of (87) individuals was selected, and a set of statistical methods were used, including: arithmetic means, standard deviations, and regression analysis through the SPSS 28 program. The study reached a set of results, the most prominent of which are: There is a statistically significant effect of strategic intelligence in improving strategic flexibilityat the University of El-Oued
