عوامل التغيير المؤسساتي وعلاقته بالنمو الاقتصادي

Abstract

برز هذه الورقة البحثية محاولات النظرية الاقتصادية شرح تطور المؤسسات وعلاقتها بالنمو الاقتصادي في أوروبا عبر التاريخ، و تدرس إشكالية إدماج النظرية النيوكلاسيكية للمؤسسات كمتغير داخلي ، و ذلك من خلال نقد نظرية "نورت دوغلاس". و توصلت الدراسة أن الخروج عن نطاق النظرية النيوكلاسيكية بسبب الاستخدام الضيق للغاية المتعلق بفرضية العقلانية ومنهج الفردانية، يكون بإدخال فرضية العقلانية المحدودة والدور الخارجي للأيديولوجية. This research paper highlights the attempts of economic theory to explain the change of institution in Europe across history and their relationship to economic growth, and studies the problem of integrating institutions as an internal variable in to the neoclassical theory, by criticizing the theory of "North Douglas". The study concluded that the exit from the scope of the neoclassical theory, due to the very narrow usage related to the rational hypothesis and the individualism approach. is by introducing the hypothesis of limited rationality and the external role of ideology.
