السياسة الصحية و أثرها على نوعية الخدمات (برنامج الصحة الجوارية بالوادي 2007-2017)

Abstract

يعتبر القطاع الصحي من أكثر القطاعات حساسية لما له من تأثير على المجتمع مباشرة و على كافة القطاعات الأخرى، و لهذا فقد شهد إهتماما منقطع النظير خلال العشرية الأخيرة بفعل تحسن مردود النفط في السوق العالمية، و عليه فقد زاد إهتمام الدوله بهذا القطاع على كافة المستويات و ذلك قصد تحسين نوعية الخدمات المقدمة مع ضمان تقريب الصحة من المواطن من خلال مشروع الصحة الجوارية الذي هو محل الدراسة في هذا البحث والذي يهدف إلى دراسة السياسة الصحية و مدى تأثيرها على نوعية الخدمات المقدمة، بالإعتماد على حجم الموارد المادية والبشرية الموفرة و أيضا مدى رضا المريض على الخدمات المقدمة، وقد تمكنت هذه الدراسة من التوصل إلى أن السياسة الصحية المنتهجة في الفترة المذكورة تمكنت من تحقيق أهداف كثيرة لكن يتخللها بعض النقائص الواجب تداركها، كالتركيز على جانبي الإستمرارية في نفس الوتيرة مع ضمان شمولية و توسيع أكثر لهذا المشروع الفعال .The health sector is one of the most sensitive sectors that has an impact on the society directly and on all other sectors. Therefore, it has witnessed unprecedented attention during the last decade due to improved oil revenues in the world market. Therefore, the state's interest in this sector has increased at all levels. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of the services provided while ensuring that health is closer to the citizen through the neighborhood health project, which is considered in this study, which aims to study the health policy and its impact on the quality of services provided, depending on the size of material and human resources provided, On The study found that the health policy achieved during the mentioned period has achieved many goals but has some shortcomings that need to be corrected, such as focusing on both sides of continuity at the same pace, while ensuring a more comprehensive and expansion of this project.
