مميزات وأدوار الأستاذ الجامعي في ظل معايير الجودة في الجامعة الجزائرية

Abstract

كافة الدول تركز عنايتها على تطوير التعليم، بتوفير كافة الوسائل له، من أجل أن يكون في المستوى المطلوب ولهذا فهي تسعى إلي إتباع استراتيجيات و مناهج وخطط لتسخير كل الإمكانيات و لتحقيق ما تصبو إليه من العملية التعليمية، بمستوى عالي من الجودة بما يتناسب و التطورات العلمية والتكنولوجية الراهنة. ويعد التعليم العالي أعلى مستويات التعليم، على اعتبار أنه شامل ومتخصص، ويرتبط بمتطلبات التنمية الشاملة في كافة المجالات، مهمته تقديم مخرجات جامعية وكوادر مؤهلة لخدمة الفرد والمجتمع، وإن تحقيق ذلك وفقا لمبدأ الجودة يرتكز على العديد من الأساسيات الضرورية واللازمة في هذه المنظومة، ومن أهم هذه الأخيرة (الأساسيات) الأستاذ الجامعي الذي يجب أن يتحلى بمجموعة من المميزات والصفات العلمية والأخلاقية والشخصية التي تساعده له أداء دوره على أكمل وجه . الكلمات المفتاحية: الأستاذ الجامعي؛ جودة التعليم العالي؛ الجامعة الجزائرية . Abstract: All the countries focus their attention on the development of education by providing them with all the means ,to be at the required level and for that they seek to follow strategies ,programs and plans to exploit all the things that they aspire to. educational process ,at a level of quality rationally high to scientific developments. Higher education is the highest level of education ,because it is comprehensive and specialized ,and it is linked to the requirements of global development in all fields ,its mission is to provide university results and qualified executives at the service of 'individual and society, and achieving this objective in accordance with the quality principle is based on many essential elements necessary and necessary in this area. The system ,and among the most important of these (the basics),is the university professor ,who must have a set of scientific characteristics - moral and personal - that help him to play his role fully.
