Abstract

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على تطبيقات تقنية البلوك تشين في مجال التجارة الرقمية ودراسة تأثير استخدامها على العمليات التجارية الدولية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن البلوك تشين يلعب دورًا مهمًا في تسهيل معاملات التجارة الرقمية، خاصة من خلال تسريع عمليات الدفع الإلكتروني المتعلقة بالاستيراد والتصدير وتخفيض تكاليف التحويلات المالية. كما أظهرت الدراسة أن البلوك تشين يساهم في تعزيز شفافية وأمن المعاملات الرقمية التجارية، بالإضافة إلى تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية وسرعة الإجراءات، خصوصًا في المعاملات الجمركية. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني المشرع الجزائري إطارًا قانونيًا فعالًا يدعم استخدام تقنية البلوك تشين في قطاع التجارة الرقمية، نظرًا لغياب أي تشريعات تنظيمية حالياً. Abstract: This research paper aims to highlight the applications of blockchain technology in the field of digital trade and to study its impact on international business operations. The study found that blockchain plays a significant role in facilitating digital trade transactions, particularly by accelerating electronic payment processes related to imports and exports and reducing the costs of financial transfers. The study also showed that blockchain contributes to enhancing the transparency and security of digital trade transactions, in addition to improving operational efficiency and speeding up procedures, especially in customs transactions. The study recommends that the Algerian legislator adopt an effective legal framework to support the use of blockchain technology in the digital trade sector, given the lack of any current regulatory legislation
