عموم البموى وأثره في الفتوى

Abstract

يتحدث موضوع البحث حول قضية مهمة الا وهي عموم الفتوى فلقد انتشرت في حياتنا اليوم وقائع تستدعي الحاجةإلى معرفة حكميا هدا ما ساهم في نشر مجامع الفقهية كالييئات الشرعية بشكل كبير مفصل في كثير من الفتوى التى عمت بها البلوى بين المسلمين باعطاء الحكم الشرعي وعدم ترك المستفتي في حيرة ومن جيهة أخرى فان موضوع عموم البلوىيثبت بيه علماء التسسير في تعليلهم للاحكام.The topic of the issue is speaking about an important issue, namely, Pan scourge and its impact on the fatwa has spread in our lives today and the facts and incidents are needed to find out its verdict, and that's what contributed to the publication of jurisprudence academies and legitimate bodies dramatically for the season in many fatwas that pervaded by the scourge among Muslims to give judgment legitimate and not leave Poller puzzled.
