تحديات النوافذ الإسلامية في البنوك التقليدية-حالة الجزائر-

Abstract

في ظل الانفتاح الرسمي على المصرفية الإسلامية في الجزائر عن طريق إصدار تنظيمات قانونية والسماح للبنوك العمومية التقليدية بفتح نوافذ إسلامية، والتي تعتبر خطوة تمهيدية لممارسة البنوك التقليدية للعمل المصرفي الإسلامي الذي اثبت نجاعته ونموه السريع عبر العالم، حيث وجدت فيه الأنظمة المطبقة له وسيلة فعالة لتعبئة الودائع وتمويل الاستثمارات. فإننا سنقوم في دراستنا هاته بتحليل أهم التحديات التي تواجه النوافذ الإسلامية في الجزائر من نقص في التأطير القانوني ودعم البنك المركزي، بالإضافة إلى نقص الإطارات المتخصصة في هذا المجال وإشكالية الهيئات الشرعية. With the official opening up to Islamic banking in Algeria by issuing legal regulations and allowing traditional public banks to open Islamic windows, which is considered a preliminary step for the traditional banks to practice Islamic banking ,which has proven its efficiency and rapid growth across the world, where the applicable regulations found an effective way to mobilize deposits and finance investments.
