بعض مظاهر السياسة الفرنسية بمنطقة الأوراس خلال الفترة 1954- 1956

Abstract

يتناول هذا المقال بالدراسة بعض مظاهر السياسية الفرنسية المطبقة بمنطقة الأوراس خلال الفترة من 1954 الى 1956 والتي اصطلح على تسميتها بسياسة "التهدئة" وهذا من خلال الوثائق الأرشيفية الفرنسية.سنركز فيه على السياسة التي اتبعت عهد الجنرال شاريير قائد الناحية العسكرية العاشرة، ثم سياسة الجنرال غاستون بارلانج الذي تولى القيادة المدنية والعسكرية بالمنطقة. سنركز على الفترة المذكورة نظرا لتوفر الوثائق الخاصة بها، وفي الأخير سنقدم تقييما لهذه السياسة، وهل فعلا كانت الأخيرة سياسة "تهدئة". منهجنا سيكون دراسة هذه الوثائق دراسة نقدية والهدف هو تقديم معلومات جديدة عن بعض ملامح السياسة الفرنسية بالمنطقة خلال هذه الفترة. In this article, we will try to study some aspects of the French policy applied in the Aurès région during the period from 1954 to 1956, which was called the "pacification" policy, and this is through the French archival documents. We will began with Cherriere policy after with Gaston Parlange one’s. We will focus on the mentioned period in view of the availability of relevant documents, and in the end we will present an assessment of this policy, and whether the latter was really a "pacification" policy. Our approach will be a critical study of these documents, and the aim is to provide new information on some features of French policy in the region during this period.
