النوعية المؤسساتية وأثرها على الاستثمار المحلي في الجزائر "" دراسة قياسية للفترة 1996 - 2018

Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر النوعية المؤسساتية على الاستثمار المحلي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1996 إلى 2018 وهذا باستخدام متغيرات مستقلة التي تعبر على النوعية المؤسساتية والمتمثلة في الحرية السياسية والمعبر عنها بالمتوسط الحسابي لمؤشرات الحوكمة )مؤشر فعالية الحكومة ، مؤشر الجودة التنظيمية ،مؤشر قواعد القانون ، مؤشر السيطرة على الفساد (، والحرية الاقتصادية والمعبر عنها بالمتوسط الحسابي لمؤشرات الحرية الاقتصادية)الحرية العمل ،حرية الاستثمار ،حرية التجارة ،الحرية النقدية ،الحرية المالية (، بالإضافة إلى متغير وهمي يعبر عن التغير الهيكلي في الاستثمار المحلي. أما المتغير التابع الاستثمار المحلي تم التعبير عليه بقيم الرأس المال الثابت. ولتحقيق هذا الغرض تم استخدام بيانات لسلسلة الزمنية التي تغطي فترة الدراسة وتم تطبيق نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة ARDL ) ( بالاستخدام برنامج Eviews، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنه هناك أثر إيجابي للحرية السياسية على الاستثمار المحلي، وأثر سلبي للحرية الاقتصادية. ""This study aims to know the effect of institutional quality on domestic investment in Algeria during the period 1996 to 2018 by using independent variables that express the institutional quality represented in political freedom and expressed in the arithmetic mean of governance indicators (government effectiveness index, organizational quality index, law rules index, The index of controlling corruption), and economic freedom, expressed in the arithmetic mean of the indicators of economic freedom (freedom of action, freedom of investment, freedom of trade, monetary freedom, financial freedom), in addition to a dummy variable that expresses the structural change in domestic investment. Express it in fixed capital values. To achieve this purpose, time series data covering the study period were used, and the ARDL model was applied using Eviews. The results of the study showed that there is a positive impact of political freedom on domestic investment, and a negative impact of economic freedom. "
