يعتبر العقار السياحي ميدانا مهما لاستقبال المشاريع الاستثمارية التي تهدف إلى تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية وهو ما اهتم به المشرع الجزائري من خلال نظام قانوني يهدف إلى تحقيق الفعالية بطرق وآليات للاستغلال الناجع المتمثل في عقد الامتياز الذي يبرم بين الدولة المانحة والمستثمر صاحب الحق الذي يرتب حقوقاً والتزامات متبادلة تحت ضمان وحماية قانونية، كل ذلك بهدف تفعيل دور العقار السياحي في عجلة الإستثمار والنهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني .
Abstract
Tourist real estate is an important field for receiving investment projects that aim to achieve economic development, and this is what the Algerian legislator took care of through a legal system that aims to achieve effectiveness in ways and mechanisms for efficient exploitation represented by the concession contract concluded between the donor country and the investor with the right who arranges mutual rights and obligations under Guarantee and legal protection, all with the aim of activating the role of tourism real estate in the investment wheel and the advancement of the national economy.
