دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تعزيز المرونة التنظيمية -دراسة ميدانية لعينة من المؤسسات الإقتصادية بولاية الوادي-

Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تعزيز المرونة التنظيمية، تم استخدام المنهجية الوضعية posivitism بالاعتماد على المنطق الاستنباطي من خلال الانطلاق من الدراسات السابقة، كما تم في الجانب النظري الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الذي يهتم بوصف الموضوع محل الدراسة والتعريف به بطريقة كيفية تعنى بوصف المتغيرات، إذ قمنا بالتعرف على مفاهيم كل من تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال والمرونة التنظيمية بإضافة إلى التعرف على الأثر الاستراتيجي لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في تعزيز المرونة التنظيمية هذا في الجانب النظري. أما في الجانب التطبيقي فقد تم اعتماد المنهج التحليلي باستخدام برنامج 26 SPSS لمعالجة البيانات وتحليلها واستخراج نتائج الدراسة ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة صممت استبيان يتناسب مع موضوع الدراسة وأهدافها، حيث كانت الدراسة التطبيقية في الفترة الممتدة من شهر مارس إلى أفريل 2023، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية من المؤسسات الاقتصادية العاملة بولاية الوادي بلغ عددها حوالي 11 مؤسسة، وتم توزيع استبان على مدراء ومسيرين ومحاسبين ورؤساء المصالح والعاملين الإداريين للمؤسسات محل الدراسة والتي بلغ عددها 60 استبيان، وتم استرداد 53 منها، ولم يتم استرداد07 منها، ليصبح العدد الإجمالي القابل لتحليل 53 استبيان، وتضمنت هذه الاستبيان ثلاثة محاور أساسية، الأول يركز على تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، والثاني تطرقنا فيه إلى المرونة التنظيمية، أما الثالث فتطرقنا فيه إلى تحديات تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات على المرونة تنظيمية، بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط ملموسة وطردية بين متغير تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال والمرونة التنظيمية. " "This study aims to identify the role of information and communication technologies in improving organizational flexibility. The methodology of positivism was used based on a deductive logic based on previous studies. On the theoretical side, the descriptive approach was used, which is concerned with describing the subject under study and defining it in a way that is concerned with describing the variables. We have identified the concepts of information and communication technology and organizational flexibility in addition to identifying the strategic impact of information technology in improving organizational flexibility in this theoretical aspect. On the applied side, the analytical approach was adopted using the 26SPSS program to process the data, analyze it and extract the results of the study. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed according to the subject and the objectives of the study. A random sample of economic institutions in the state of El Oued was selected, numbering about 11 institutions. 0 questionnaires, and 53 of them were retrieved, and 07 of them were not retrieved, bringing the total number that could be analyzed to 53 questionnaires, and this questionnaire had three basic axes, the first focused on information and communication technologies, and the second on organizational flexibility, The results of the study concluded that there is a statistically significant impact of information technology on organizational flexibility, in addition to the existence of a tangible and direct correlation between the information and communication technology variable and organizational flexibility.
