إصلاحات السياسة النقدية وأثر المعروض النقدي على النمو والتضخم في الجزائر دراسة قياسية للفترة (2001-2018) باستخدام نموذج VAR

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة لإبراز أثر السياسة النقدية من خلال التحكم في المعروض النقدي في التأثير على المؤشرات الاقتصادية الكلية (التضخم، النمو) في الجزائر،وقد شهد قانون النقد والقرض الكثير من الإصلاحات التي ترمي إلى إعطاء فعالية أكثر لهذه السياسة من خلال إثراؤها بأدوات مستحدثة من اجل تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة.ورغم نجاحها نسبيا في كبح الضغوط التضخمية إلا أنها فشلت في تحقيق نمو اقتصادي قوي أو القضاء على البطالة نتيجة بقاء الاقتصاد الوطني رهينة الجباية البترولية، وباستخدام نموذج شعاع الانحدار الذاتي توصلنا إلى أنه عند إحداث صدمة في المعروض النقدي، كانت الاستجابة للتضخم والنمو الاقتصادي إيجابية وفورية وتمتد للثلاثيين الأولين..
