Abstract

ملخص : يتضمّن هذا البحث دراسة وتقديما لمخطوط: الشفاء لأدواء الوباء لأبي الخير أحمد بن مصطفى طاشكبري زاده (ت: 968هـ)، وهو كتاب في موضوع الوباء والطاعون، جمع فيه المؤلف بين الدراسة الشرعية والطبية، وتضمّن مباحث ومسائل نفيسة، تتعلق بوجوب الاحتراز والتوقي من الوباء شرعا وعقلا، وقد أراد الباحث التعريف بالمخطوط، وذلك تمهيدا لتحقيقه في أعداد قادمة إن شاء الله تعالى؛ لأنه ولم يحظ بدراسة أكاديميّة جادّة، فاشتمل البحث على تمهيد، ومقدّمة، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، تضمّنت التعريف بالمؤلِّف، والتعريف بالمخطوط، واستخدم فيها الباحث المنهجين الوصفي والتاريخي، كما خرج البحث بجملة من النّتائج المفيدة، وأوصى الباحث بالاستمرار في العناية بتراث علماء المسلمين في مختلف العلوم والتخصصات. Our research includes a study and a presentation of the manuscript: alshifa' li'adwa' alwaba' by Abi Alkhayr 'Ahmad Bin Mustafaa Tashkbry Zadh (968h). In this manuscript he studied issues related to plague in Sharia and medicine, in which the author mentioned. The researcher wanted to publish the manuscript; because it was not published before, and it did not have a serious academic study. So the research included an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion, which included the definition of the author and the definition of the manuscript, the researcher used the historical approach and the descriptive approach, as the research reached a number of important results, and the researcher recommended a set of important recommendations related to the subject of research.
