آليات التحول الرقمي في الجامعة الجزائرية: نحو جامعة ذكية

Abstract

يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على تقديم رؤية للمكونات التكنولوجية والتشغيلية المختلفة التي تمكن تجربة جامعية جزائرية المدرسة الوطنية العليا للذكاء الاصطناعي مبتكرة ومدفوعة بالتكنولوجيا من تعزيز التعلم والبحث والفعالية التنظيمية؛ وذلك بالتطرق الى أهم الاليات المعتمدة في تطوير العملية التعليمية بشكل جذري بتطبيق استراتيجية التحول الرقمي والجهود المبذولة من قبل الوزارة الوصية لتحويل الجامعة الجزائرية الى جامعة ذكية، مع الاخذ بعين الاعتبار لأهم التحديات التي تواجههم والتي تتعلق بالبنية التحتية الرقمية، والتكوين البشري، والتمويل اللازم لهذا التحول.Abstract: The purpose of this article is to highlight a vision for the diverse technological and operational components that enable an innovative and technology-driven Algerian university experience at the National Higher School of Artificial Intelligence (ENSAI); by addressing the key mechanisms adopted to radically develop the educational process through the implementation of a digital transformation strategy, and the efforts made by the supervisory ministry to transform the Algerian university into a smart university, taking into account the most important challenges .they face, which are related to digital infrastructure, human training, and the necessary funding for this transformation
