Abstract

"هدفت الدارسة إلى تحديد أثر عصرنة الإدارة الضريبية بمختلف مكوناتها على الامتثال الضريبي في الجزائر، من حيث نوعية الخدمة المقدمة بعد تبني الجزائر عصرنة الادارة الجبائية، ولهذا الغرض تم اختيار إطارات الإدارة الضريبية ومكاتب المحاسبة كمجتمع للدراسة ومن أجل ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهجين الوصفي والتحليلي حيث تم جمع المعطيات باستعمال الاستبيان من خلال طرح مجموعة من الأسئلة على عينة من مجتمع الدراسة بولاية الوادي، تم تحليل العلاقة بين المتغيرات والتوصل إلى ما يلي: هناك تأثير إيجابي وذو دلالة إحصائية بين المكلف بالضريبة وتقديم الخدمة على مستوى الإدارة الضريبية خاصة فيما يتعلق بجانب الرقمنة، وهناك علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين عصرنة الإدارة الجبائية وتحسين مستوى امتثال المكلفين بالضريبة على مستوى ولاية الوادي

" "The study aimed to determine the impact of the modernization of tax administration with its various components on tax compliance in Algeria, in terms of the quality of service provided after Algeria adopted the modernization of tax administration. For this purpose, tax administration frameworks and accounting offices were chosen as a community for the study, and for this, the descriptive and analytical approaches were relied upon. Collecting data using a questionnaire by asking a set of questions to a sample of the study population in the state of El Oued, the relationship between the variables was analyzed and the following was concluded: There is a positive and statistically significant effect between the taxpayer and service provision at the level of tax administration, especially with regard to the aspect of digitization, and there is A positive, statistically significant relationship between modernizing tax administration and improving the level of compliance of taxpayers at the level of the El Oued state.
