Abstract

The objective of this paper is to determine the effect of leadership styles (autocrat leadership, democrat leadership and the free leadership) on the performance of employees in the economic enterprise under study. The research was based on a descriptive and analytical method. Was a questionnaire distributed on a random sample to 142 workers and was analyzed by the spss program. Thus, performance of employees is the most important factor in achieving the goals of the enterprise. The results showed that there is a significant effect of leadership styles on the performance of employees with a very strong positive correlation. Thus, it explains 44.9℅ of the variance in this latter. The rest is due to other variables that were not addressed in this study
