Abstract

This research aims to demonstrate the critical role of financial analysis in evaluating the financial status of an organization, serving as a vital tool for achieving institutional goals and offering a genuine depiction of the organization's financial health. A detailed case study of BATQUALITE SARL, an Algerian company, covering the period from 2019 to 2021, was conducted. This involved a thorough examination, review, and analysis of the company's budget and income statements using key financial ratios and balance indicators. The objective was to glean crucial insights into the company's current condition, forecast its future, and compile a comprehensive report. The study also aimed to assess the integrity and reliability of financial data by identifying weaknesses to address them and strengths to enhance, ensuring the diagnostic process is both objective and transparent. The findings indicate that financial analysis plays a significant role in assessing the company's financial status through detailed comparison and analysis over the fiscal years.
