L’ouverture Internationale Et Le Marché Du Travail Algérien

Abstract

L’objet de ce travail consiste à vérifier quantitativement l’effet de l’ouverture de l’économie algérienne sur le mouvement de création et de destruction d’emplois dans l’industrie manufacturière, en appliquant la méthode du contenu en emploi des échanges et une analyse économétrique cela permettra par la suite, d’identifier les branches industrielles potentiellement dynamiques d’emploi en Algérie. Nous proposons un autre modèle économétrique qui mesure l’impact de la libéralisation des échanges et de l’entrée des IDE sur l’emploi, les salaires et la productivité apparente du travail des industries manufacturières locales. Nous essayons premièrement de montrer dans quelle mesure le commerce extérieur algérien et les flux des IDE étrangers affectent la structure de l’emploi dans les industries manufacturières locales. Deuxièmement, nous testons la relation entre cette ouverture et les salaires puis entre la productivité apparente du travail dans ces industries, soit l’impact sur leurs performances. .Abstract: this work aimed to verify quantitatively the effect of the opening the Algerian economy on the movement of creation and destruction of jobs in manufacturing industry, by applying the method of the content and use of analysis econometrics that will subsequently identify the potentially dynamic industrial sectors of employment in Algeria. We propose another econometric model that measures the impact of the liberalization of trade and entry of FDI on employment, wages and productivity apparent labor of local manufacturing industries. We had tried first to show to what extent Algerian external trade and FDI flows affect the structure of employment in local manufacturing industries. Second, we tested the relationship between this opening , wages ,and the apparent labour productivity in these industries, either their performance impact.
