Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان ما خالف فيه الإمام ابن العربي مشهور المالكية من خلال كتابه أحكام
القرآن ، وبيان منهج ابن العربي في كتابه أحكام القرآن، بالإضافة إلى التعريف بالإمام ابن العربي
وشخصيته وفكره ومكانته العلمية .
وقد اتبعنا في دراسة هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي ، وكانت خطة البحث تحوي مقدمة ومبحثان وخاتمة
، في المقدمة تكلمنا على أهمية البحث وأسباب اختياره وأهداف البحث والدراسات السابقة في الموضوع
بالإضافة إلى منهج البحث وهيكله، أما المبحث الأول خصصناه لدراسة حياة الإمام ابن العربي وشيوخه
وآثاره العلمية وكذا منهجه في كتاب أحكام القرآن ، أما المبحث الثاني فقد خصصناه لدراسة مسائل
الصلاة التي خالف فيها ابن العربي مشهور المالكية في كتاب أحكام القرآن .
وجاء ذيل هذا البحث بخاتمة ذكرنا فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلنا إليها من خلال هذا البحث

Research Summary The purpose of this research is to explain what Imam Ibn al-Arabi disagreed with the majority of al-Maalikia disagreed with in his book The Rulings of the Qur'an, and the Ibn al-'Arabi's approach in his book The Rulings of the Qur'an, in addition to the definition of the Imam Ibn al-Arabi and his personality, In the introduction, we discussed the importance of research, the reasons for its selection, research objectives and previous studies in the subject, as well as the methodology and structure of the research. The first topic studying the life of Imam Ibn al-Arabi, The second topic is devoted to the study the issues of prayer in which Ibn al-Arabi disagreed with the majority of al-Maalikias opinions in his book the rubigs of the Qur'an. The end of this research concludes with the conclusion of the most important conclusions and recommendations that we got it from this research.
