Abstract

في ظل التطور السريع في مجال التكنولوجيا، أصبح تتبع حضور الطلبة في المؤسسات التعليمية أكثر أهمية من أي وقت مضى لذلك فإن تصميم حلول مبتكرة لتبسيط عملية تتبع حضور وغياب الطلبة أمر لا بد منه. يقدم هذا المشروع تطبيق هاتف لتتبع حضور الطلبة يهدف لحل المشاكل التقليدية المرتبطة بتتبع الحضور مثل عدم الدقة والتلاعب وضياع الوقت والجهد. يتميز التطبيق بواجهة سهلة الاستخدام تتيح للأساتذة تسجيل حضور الطلبة بسرعة ودقة باستخدام هواتفهم الذكية أو الأجهزة اللوحية، ويعتمد على المصادقة السريعة لضمان دقة السجلات ومنع التلاعب. يوفر التطبيق تحديثات فورية للبيانات، مما يسهل الوصول إلى المعلومات الضرورية لاتخاذ القرارات الإدارية بسرعة.

In light of the rapid advancements in technology, tracking student attendance in educational institutions has become more important than ever. Therefore, designing innovative solutions to simplify the process of tracking student attendance is essential. This project introduces a mobile application for tracking student attendance, aiming to solve traditional problems associated with attendance tracking such as inaccuracy, manipulation, and the loss of time and effort. The application features an easy-to-use interface that allows teachers to quickly and accurately record student attendance using their smartphones or tablets. It relies on quick authentication to ensure the accuracy of records and prevent manipulation. The application provides real-time data updates, facilitating easy access to necessary information for making quick administrative decisions.
