"دور الوقف في تمويل الجمعيات الخيرية -معهد الحياة بولاية غرداية أنموذجا -"

Abstract

تمحور موضوع بحثنا حول دور الوقف في تمويل الجمعيات الخيرية (معهد الحياة أنموذجا بولاية غرداية)، ولقد اعتمدنا فيه على المنهج الوصفي، والتحليلي، والتاريخي، والمقارن، وهو مقسم إلى ثلاثة مباحث، بالاضافة إلى النتائج والمقترحات. تكونت عناصر المبحث الأول، بتعريف الوقف وبيان أحكامه وشروطه، من القرآن والسنة والإجماع. أما المبحث الثاني، تعرضنا فيه إلى بيان التمويل وأنواعه وضوابطه الشرعية. أما المبحث الثالث، كان حول دور الوقف في تمويل معهد الحياة. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها من خلال هذا العمل، أن مردود الأموال الوقفية تغطي كامل نفقات المعهد مما يؤكد نجاعة الأوقاف في تمويل المشروعات الخيريةThe topic of our research focused on the role of the endowment in financing charitable societies (the Institute of Life as a model in the state of Ghardaia), and we relied on the descriptive, analytical, historical, and comparative approach, which is divided into three sections, in addition to the results and suggestions. The elements of the first topic, defining the endowment and explaining its provisions and conditions, consisted of the Qur’an, Sunnah and consensus. As for the second topic, we presented a statement of financing, its types, and its Shariah controls. The third topic was about the role of the endowment in financing the Institute of Life. One of the most important results that we have reached through this work is that the endowment funds’ return covers the entire expenses of the Institute, which confirms the effectiveness of the endowments in financing charitable projects.
