Abstract
This study aims to identify the reality of waqf investment in Algeria, by focusing on the
process of replacing assets, real estate or even unemployed and decimated stop-and-trade transfers
that have lost their value with modern endowment assets, a mechanism that researchers believe is
more than necessary to play its economic role in Algeria as required by emerging economic and
social issues, and in order to address the problem of the study and its questions, the research
required the adoption of the analytical descriptive approach to the end of the study with a
combination of results based primarily on the importance of developing the importance of
developing A section of the bodies competent to manage endowments in Algeria concerned with
replacement, whose task is to study the feasibility of endowments whose benefits have been
disrupted, and to prepare reports and conduct accounting processes in this, accompanied by a field
study with comparison with the exchanged money, and how to invest it, whether in kind or in cash,
with the controls and conditions set by the jurists
