Abstract
The use of artificial intelligence (AI) has spread in many countries and in various fields, The recent study
aimed to show the role of using the artificial intelligence in banking sector in the United Arab Emirates that is
considered as one of the leading countries in using it in its banking sector. Through the banking data of Uae Banking
sector, the study concluded that the banking sector in the UAE planned the National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence
2031 that aimed to contribute to asset management, risk management, variouscustomer-oriented services, and data
processing to predict and anticipate the future of the economy and the banking industry
