Abstract

The research aimed to evaluate the financial performance of the National Bank of Algeria using one of the mathematical tools for financial analysis to depict in the matrices, to suggest Application of technique for Order preference by similarity to ideal solution known as TOPSIS to evaluate the financial performance of the national bank of Algeria during the period 2015- 2019, where it was approved on the descriptive and analytical approach , to the mathematical approach for applying the steps of the TOPSIS method and using the EXCEL program in calculating matrices. Through the results of this study, it was reached to determine the direction of the financial performance of the National banks of Algeria by arranging the financial years from the year with good financial performance of the year with worst financial performance, which helps the banks to identify deviation in financial performance during the studied period through.
