Abstract

" هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال ودورها في تطوير سوق دبي المالي، وكان الهدف الرئيسي للدراسة بيان أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على سوق الأوراق المالية لسوق دبي المالي من خلال بيان أثره على الاستثمار. حيث تم القيام دراسة تحليلية لتقارير السنوية لسوق دبي المالي خلال الفترة 2015-2019، تم استخدام منهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال بعض الأدوات من بينهما مؤشر حجم التداول، القيمة السوقية، لكشف عن تأثير تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على أداء هذا السوق. قد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود تأثر الاستثمار لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على سوق دبي المالي، وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج تم طرح التوصية التي تبرز أهميتها في قيام الأواق المالية ومواكبة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال الحديثة والمتطورة في العالم ومحاولة الباحثين التعمق أكثر واسقاط ذلك على الأسواق المالية لما لها من أهمية وفوائد.
