الشباب و قيم المواطنة مفاهيمها ، اهميتها و ابعادها في المجتمع

Abstract

يواجه العالم تغيرات كبيرة و متسارعة في كافة المجالات الاجتماعية ، الثقافية و العلمية ، ادت لظهور تحديات متنوعة اثرت على هوية المجتمعات ، و فرضت ضرورة اعادة النظر في الانظمة التربوية و مضامينها ، و اصبح هناك حاجة ملحة لإعداد المتعلمين اعداد يتسم بالشمول و التكامل المعرفي . بحيث تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التركيز على المواطنة باعتبارها من القضايا ذات الابعاد السياسية و الاجتماعية و الامنية التي تبثها المجتمعات في التعبير عن معايير الانتماء و مستوى المشاركة من الافراد في الحماية و الذود عن الوطن ، كما تعبر عن وعي الفرد بالحقوق و الواجبات و النظر الى الاخر و صيانة المرافق العامة ، و الحرص على المصلحة الوطنية ، كما تعكس مدى ادراك الموطن لدوره في مواجهة التحديات التي تواجه المجتمع و الدولة في ان واحد . و انطلاقا مما سبق سنحاول معرفة الابعاد المفاهيمية و الاسس النظرية لمدى قابلية الشباب في تلقي و التشبع بالقيم المواطنة و غيرها من القيم الاخرى التي تشكل ركائز المواطنة و عناصرها الاساسية. The world is facing great and rapid changes in all social, cultural and scientific fields, which have led to the emergence of diverse challenges that have affected the identity of societies, and imposed the need to review the educational systems and their contents, and there is an urgent need to prepare learners with comprehensive and cognitive integration. This study aims to focus on citizenship as one of the issues of political, social and security dimensions that societies broadcast in expressing the criteria for belonging and the level of participation of individuals in protecting and defending the homeland, as well as expressing the individual's awareness of rights and duties and looking at the other and Maintenance of public facilities, and concern for the national interest, as it reflects the extent of the citizen's awareness of its role in facing the challenges facing society and the state simultaneously.. Based on the above, we will try to know the conceptual dimensions and theoretical foundations of the ability of young people to receive and saturation of the values of citizenship and other values that constitute the pillars of citizenship and its basic elements.
