دور آليا المرافقة والتمويل في تطوير النظام البيئي للمؤسسات الناشئة

Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى ابراز دور أليات المرافقة والتمويل والمتمثلة في حاضنات الاعمال وصندوق التمويل الوطني في تطويرالنظام البيئي للمؤسساتا لناشئة ولأجل الوصول إلى الهدفا لمنشود من هذه الدراسة تم الاعتمادعلى المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تحلي لتطور واقع حاضنات الاعمال وتمويل الصندوق للمؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر،حيثت وصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن حاضنات الاعمال كألية من أليات المرافقة لم يكن لها دوركبيرجدا في دعم المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر و هذا من خلال العدد القليل للمؤسساتا لمحتضنة داخل هذه الحاضنات ونجدأن صندوق التمويل الوطني كان له دورجوهري في تمويل عدد معتبر من المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائرإلا أن دوه كان محدود مقارنة بالعدد الكبيرمن المؤسسات الناشئة و ذلك بنسبة %51,9 وبالتالي يحتاج إلى اهتمام أكثروالتحفييزلتحقيق نتائج أفضل. " This study aims to elucidate the roles of support and financing mechanisms, specifically business incubators and the National Funding Fund, in enhancing the ecosystem for start-up enterprises in Algeria. To achieve the study’s objectives, a descriptive-analytical methodology was employed, analyzing the evolution and impact of business incubators and the National Funding Fund on start-ups. The findings indicate that business incubators, as one of the accompaniment mechanisms, play a crucial role in supporting start-ups in Algeria, as evidenced by the substantial number of institutions incubated. Moreover, the National Funding Fund has been fundamental in financing a significant number of start-ups. However, its impact is limited, with only 51.9% of start-ups receiving funding. Therefore, increased attention and motivation are needed to achieve better outcomes.
