Abstract
نظرا لمدى تزايد وانتشار ظاهرة الانحراف في المجتمع الجزائري بين الأطفال والمراهقين ، ولأن حدث اليوم هو مجرم الغد لابد من الوعي بخطورة الظاهرة والعمل المشترك بين شرائح المجتمع على إيجاد السبل الكفيلة للتقليل من ارتفاعها وخطورتها لذا ظهرت فكرة الدفاع الاجتماعي كأسلوب أو إستراتيجية للوقاية من الوقوع في الانحراف ،ثم العلاج المناسب للمنحرفين وتأهيلهم وإدماجهم من جديد في المجتمع كأفراد أسوياء ،وخاصة أثناء فترة تواجدهم بالمؤسسات العقابية ومراكز إعادة التربية . حيث تبرز أهمية العمل الاجتماعي في هذا الحقل "إدماج الأحداث المنحرفون"من خلال بروز مؤسسات ومنظمات اجتماعية تهتم بهم وتعمل من أجل المساهمة في رعايتهم والعناية بأسرهم ،وتقديم الدعم المادي والنفسي والاجتماعي بهدف إعادة إدماجهم من جديد في المحيط الاجتماعي الطبيعي. لذا تنطلق هذه الدراسة من مقولة مفادها أن العمل الاجتماعي التطوعي مطلب ضروري من أجل علاج ظاهرة الانحراف والتقليل منها Due to the extent of increasing the spread of the phenomenon of deviation in
Algerian society among children and adolescents, and that the adolescent of today is a
criminal of tomorrow, the awareness it is necessary about the seriousness of the
phenomenon and joint action between the segments of the society to find ways to reduce
its height and gravity. So emerged the idea of social defense as a tactic or a strategy for
the prevention from delinquency, then the appropriate treatment for perverts, their
rehabilitation and reintegration into the society as normal individuals, and especially
during the period of their presence in the penal institutions and re-education centers.
Here appears the importance of social work in this field, "the integration of
pervert children and adolescents" through the emergence of institutions and social
organizations that care about them, work in contributing to their well, care for their
families, and to provide them with physical, psychological and social support in order to
reintegrate them back into normal social environment.
So this study runs from the argument that the social volunteer work is a necessary
requirement in order to treat the phenomenon of deviation and minimize it
