Etude paramétrique du débutaniseur de l’unité de séparation du gaz

Abstract

Résume: La consommation mondiale des produits finis du gaz naturel est en croissance continue, due à son bilan économique fiable entant que des carburants propres et très chère et efficace pour l’avenir. La production de ces produits doit répondre à des quelques condition opératoire déterminé la meilleur quantité et la qualité de ces produits. L’objectif de ce travail est d’étudier l’effet de variation de ces condition débit chaude et débit froide et température de charge froide) sur la qualité et la quantité de GPL et de condensât. Pour cette raison ; nous avons choisi l’unité de la séparation du gaz de la région de TIGUENTOURINE comme un exemple de travail. Nous avons utilisé le simulateur Aspentech HYSYS pour simuler l’effet de la variation des conditions opératoire afin de mettre à leur disposition quelques recommandations sur le bon fonctionnement de cette colonne. إن الاستهلاك العالمي للمواد المستخرجة من الغاز الطبيعي في تزايد مستمر , باعتبارها حصيلة اقتصادية مربحة وبما انه أوقدة نظيفة و غالية الثمن و فعال للغد, لذا يخضع إنتاج هذه المواد إلى عدة شروط و عوامل تقيد جودة و كمية المواد المنتجة . الهدف من هذه العمل هو دراسة تأثير تغير هذه الشروط ( الدفق الساخن والدفق البارد و درجة حرارة الدفق البارد) على جودة وكمية غاز البترول المميع و سائل الغاز الطبيعي , ولهذا الغرض قمنا باختيار وحدة فصل الغاز لمنطقة تيقنتورين كمثال عملي . لقد قمنا بإستخدام برنامج المحاكاة أسبنتاك ھایسیس من اجل محاكاة تأثير تغير الشروط للتمكن من اضافة بعض الاقتراحات بغرض الحصول على أحسن الوظائف . World consumption of finished products of natural gas is growing continuously due to its reliable economic record entant that clean fuels and expensive and effective for the future. Production of these products must meet some operating condition determined the best quantity and quality of these products. The objective of this work is to study the effect of variation of these conditions (hot flow, cold flow and cold load temperature) on the quality and quantity of LPG and condensate. For this reason ; we chose the unit of gas separation Tiguentourine of the region as a working example. We used the simulator AspenTech HYSYS to simulate the effect of changes in operating conditions in order to provide them with some recommendations on the functioning of this column
