Abstract
This study aimed at the role of social responsibility in
achieving the competitive advantage of the banks operating in
the state of the valley. In order to verify this, a 47-paragraph
questionnaire was used, To collect preliminary information from
the sample of the study, which consisted of 30 individuals
representing the category of managers, heads of departments,
employees, In light of this, the data were collected, analyzed and
tested using the statistical package for social sciences (spss.
V21). In addition, we used many statistical methods, including
linear and simple regression to achieve the objectives of the
study. After analyzing the evidence and choosing hypotheses,
we finally conclude that the banks operating in the Wilayat state
are based on social responsibility in its four dimensions
(workers' direction, direction of society, Customers) All have an
impact on the achievement of a competitive advantage, social
responsibility ahead of the direction of customers that have no
statistical significance.
