حروف المعاني وأثارها في اختلاف الفقهاء -حروف الجر أنموذجا

Abstract

الحمد الله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام عمى أشرف الأنبياء والمرسمين وبعد : فهذا البحث يتناول بابا من أبواب حروف المعاني وهو حروف الجر، وحروف المعاني دون حروف المباني، فالحرف إذا كان جزءا من بنية الكممة فهو حرف مبني واذا دل عمى معنى في غيره فهو حرف معنى. وقد تناولت في هذا البحث ستة من حروف الجر وهي : الباء، اللام، عمى، من،إلى، في. وتركزت هذه الد ا رسة عمى دلالة هذه الحروف عند النحاة و الأصوليين،وبعد ذلك عرضت بعض المسائل التطبيقية التي توضح دلالة هذه الحروف واختلاف الفقهاء . Praise be to Allah, prayer and peace be upon His prophets and messengers and after : This research deals with sections of the letters which the meanings of prepositions, and characters form the meanings without lettering buildings, Vaharv if it is part of the structure of the word is a character- based ,and if indicated in the other meaning is the meaning of symbols.Have addressed this paper six of prepositions,namely:Alaba,moher,to,form,to,in. This study focused on the significance of thes letters when grammarians and fundamentalis,and then offered some practical issues that show the significance of these characters in a different scholars.
