دور تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على آداء المؤسسات- دراسة حالة للمديرية العملية لاتصالات الجزائر بالوادي

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على أداء المؤسسةفي المديرية العملية لاتصالات الجزائر بالوادي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يسمح بجمع البيانات والمعلومات، بالإضافة إلى المنهج الإحصائي الذي يمكن من اختبار صحة الفرضيات باستعمال الأساليب الإحصائية التالية (معامل ألفا كرونباخ α، المتوسط الحسابي X̄، الانحراف المعياري σ، معامل الارتباط r، اختبار تي T-test). لقد تم تصميم وتوزيع الاستبيان الالكتروني المنجز بواسطة تطبيق google drive، على عينةالدراسة المحددة بـ (34) فرداً يمثلون بعض إطارات وموظفي المؤسسة، ومن أجل القيام بالاختبارات اللازمة تم الاستعانة ببرنامجSPSS نسخة 21 لتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات. حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: وجوددرجة عالية لاستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، كما تم إثبات وجود علاقة معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استعمال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وأداء المؤسسة، بالإضافة إلى التوصل إلى أن استعمال تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال يؤدي إلى تحقيق مزايا اقتصادية (تدنئة التكاليف والسرعة في انجاز الأعمال). This study aimes to identify the role of information and Communication technology applications on organization's performance in the operationtional Directorate of Algeria Telecommunication in ELOUED. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, we used descriptive analytical method that allows for the collection of data and information, in addition to the statistical method that can test the validity of hypotheses using the following statistical methods :( alpha Cronbach α, Arithmetic meanX̄, standard deviation σ, correlation coefficient r, T-test). It has been designed and distributed an electronic questionnaire which was done on application on Google drive, on the specific sample study by 34 individuals representing some of the tires and the staff of the institution. In order to carry out the necessary testing program, we used SPSS version 21 for data analysis and hypothesis testing. The study concluded with several results: The existence of a high degree of use of information and communication technology in the institution under study as well as the existence of a significant statistical relationship between the use of information and communication technology and the performance of the institution. In addition to the realization that the use of ICT applications leads to economic benefits (Low cost and speed in completion business).
