خصوصيات النساء في عبادة الصلاة *دراسة فقهية مقارنة

Abstract

الحمد لله ربّ العالمين والصلاة والسلام على خاتم الأنبياء والمرسلين المبعوث رحمة للعالمين وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين وبعد: هذه الدراسة تتناول موضوع خصوصيات النساء في عبادة الصلاة دراسة فقهية مقارنة – – أجبنا من خلالها عن الإشكال التالي: ما هي الأحكام التّّ خص الله بها المرأة في عبادة الصلاة؟ حيث قمنا بتقسيم هذا البحث إلى مقدمة وأربعة مباحث وخاتمة . فخصصنا المبحث التمهيدي للتعريف بألفاظ العنوان. والثاني تطرّقنا فيه إلى مقدمات الصلاة من آذان وإقامة وستر عورة . أما الثالث فقد تضمن صفة صلاة المرأة وإمامتها وحكم أدائها لصلاة العيدين. والرابع فقد اشتمل على بعض المسائل المتعلقة بصلاة الحائض والنّفساء ،ثم حكم صلاة المستحاضة. وخاتمة جاء فيها أهمّ النّتائج المتوصل إليها والتوصيات . Summary: This study is about women’s properties in Salat a comparative Fiqh study we have answered through this study about the following problem: what are the provisions that Allah specified woman in Salat. we have divided this research into an introduction, four parts, and a conclusion .the first part was specified for defining the title terms, and the second one we have talked about the introductions to Salat : Adhan , Iqamah, and cover of Awrah. For the third part, it included the way woman perform Salat , her Iamamh, and the provision of her performance of The Id’s Salat . The forth part involved some issues related to woman’s Salat during her period and during after birth (Nifas), then the provision of women’s Salat during Istihadha. Finally, a conclusion in which we mentioned the most important results and recommendations
