Abstract

All the praises and thanks be to Allah, and prayers and peace be upon our prophet Mohammad, and upon his nation and companions as a whole, and what follows: This thesis is a step for hope to encourage searchers in order to look at our nation's patrimony, here, I mean exactly the neglected sciences in very old books such as finding out and gathering some knowers Fattwas to be as a base for contemporary one's .So that, my thesis title is ''IBN ARAFA EL WARGHAMI Fattawas about justice and family's provisions through EL MI'AYAR EL MO'ARAB and EL BORZOLI Fattawas in form of collection and study''. Despite rarity of IBN ARAFA ressources but I did all my effort-with the help of Allah-to gather a considerable number amongst them. So, these Fattawas are my thesis practical part .In addition, I added a descriptive and historical study on IBN ARAFA personality and his life epoch, of course, with a highlight on his method of making Fattawas (ElIFTA) also his scientific level
