Abstract

الهدف من الدراسة التعرف على التصريحات الجبائية والمحاسبية الإلكترونية كنموذج لعصرنة الإدارة الجبائية في الجزائر من خلال معرفة جهود وزارة المالية ممثلة في المديرية العامة للضرائب في تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية، حيث اطلقت هاته الأخيرة بوابات رقمية للتصريح الالكتروني متمثلة في بوابة "جبايتك" وبوابة "مساهمتك" متوفرة في بيئة تضمن البساطة وسهولة الاستخدام، الهدف منها تبسيط الإجراءات الإدارية وتسهيل القيام بالالتزامات الجبائيّة كما تسمح للمكلفين بالضرائب القيام بالتّصريح ودفع الضرائب عن بُعد، مما يستوجب علينا تحديد الآليات اللازمة لتحقيق جودة التصريح الجبائي الإلكتروني. The aim of the study is to identify electronic tax and accounting declarations as a model for modernizing tax administration in Algeria by examining the efforts of the Ministry of Finance, represented by the General Directorate of Taxes, in implementing electronic administration. The latter has launched digital portals for electronic declarations, represented by the "Taxes" portal and the "Contribution" portal, available in an environment that guarantees simplicity and ease of use. The aim is to simplify administrative procedures and facilitate the fulfillment of tax obligations. It also allows taxpayers to declare and pay taxes remotely. This requires us to identify the necessary mechanisms to achieve the quality of electronic tax declarations.
