أثر تقلبات أسعار البترول على بعض المتغيرات الاقتصادية في الجزائر للمدة 2004-2021

Abstract

يكتنف السوق البترولي الكثير من الغموض وتتصارع فيه الكثير من الاعتبارات الاقتصادية والسياسية، لذلك فإن دراسة سوق البترول والصدمات البترولية وتأثيرها على اقتصاديات الدول المصدرة للبترول ليس بالأمر السهل والخالي من التعقيد ، في ظل التقلبات المستمرة لأسعار البترول، إذ شهد هذه المادة الحيوية العديد من الصدمات، ويهدف هذا البحث الى تشخيص وتحليل واقع العلاقة بين تقلبات أسعار البترول العالمية وانعكاساتها على اتجاه بعض المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية في الجزائر، وتوصل الباحث الى ان الجباية البترولية تهيمن على إجمالي الإيرادات العامة كونها شكلت في المتوسط مانسبته 60% ، كما ارتباط تغيرات حجم الناتج المحلي الاجملى بنفس اتجاه تغير مستوى الجباية البترولية التي تتاثر بسعر البترول في السوق الدولية.

The petroleum market is shrouded in a lot of mystery and is a battleground for various economic and political considerations. Therefore, studying the petroleum market, petroleum shocks, and their impact on the economies of petroleum exporting countries is not an easy and uncomplicated matter, especially given the continuous fluctuations in petroleum prices. This vital commodity has experienced many shocks, and this research aims to diagnose and analyze the reality of the relationship between global petroleum price fluctuations and their impact on some of the overall economic variables in Algeria. The researcher found that petroleum revenues dominate the total public revenues, as they averaged 60%. Additionally, changes in the overall Gross Domestic Product (GDP) were found to be linked to changes in petroleum revenue levels, which are affected by petroleum prices in the international market
