Abstract

تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية دور الشمول المالي للتخفيف من حدة الفقر، حيث قدمت هذه الدراسة مجموعة من البحوث و الدراسات السابقة، منها وصفية وأخرى دراسات إحصائية وأخر ى دراسات مقارنة لبعض الباحثين حول دول نامية وأخرى ناشئة للسعي لتحقيق الشمول المالي للتخفيف من حدة الفقر ، حيث توصلت الدراسة على أن الزيادة الكبيرة في فهم الفئات الاجتماعية للقطاع البنكي حسب كل دولة وحسب كل دراسة للباحثين قد لا يُمكن المناطق الريفية والمهمشة ببساطة من الاستفادة من الخدمات البنكية ، في حين قد لا تثق بعض المجتمعات في الأنظمة المالية الرسمية، وقد توصلت الدراسة أيضا بأن بعض الدراسات الميدانية تساعد على الكشف على الفئات الأشد فقرا وفي ونفس الوقت تخفيفه إلى حد معين.

This research paper deals with the role of financial inclusion to alleviate poverty. This study presented a group of previous research and studies, including descriptive, statistical, and comparative studies by some researchers on developing and emerging countries to strive to achieve financial inclusion to alleviate poverty. It concluded: The study indicates that the significant increase in social groups’ understanding of the banking sector according to each country and according to each study by researchers may not enable rural and marginalized areas to simply benefit from banking services, while some communities may not trust the formal financial systems. Thestudy also found that some studies The field helps identify the poorest groups and at the same time alleviate it to a certain extent.
