Abstract

􀀯 لتطرق لمختلف المفاهيم والتعاريف المرتبطة به، ومبررات اعتماده في مختلف اقتصاد 􀀚 دف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على التنويع الاقتصادي 􀀬 الدول النامية، وذلك لما يكتسيه هذا الموضوع من أهمية كبيرة للبلدان خاصة الريعية منها، والتي تعاني من اختلالات وتشوهات كبيرة في هياكلها الاقتصادية الناجمة عن اعتمادها على المورد الوحيد للدخل، والمتأتي من خلال امتلاكها لثروات طبيعية يقعد في مقدمتها النفط، مما جعلها تتصف حادية الاقتصاد. 􀁕 لأسواق العالمية للنفط.وما يجري فيها من تقلبات حادة بين الحين والآخر، وما 􀀚 وتتجلى خطورة الاعتماد على هذا المورد من خلال ارتباط أسعاره يصاحبه من أثر على النمو والاستقرار الاقتصادي في هذه البلدان. الأمر الذي دفع صندوق النقد الدولي إلى إصدار توجيهات بضرورة التنويع في ا لمعالجة هذه الاختلالات. 􀀬􀀯 اقتصاد ولهذا فقد سعت العديد من البلدان للعمل على تطبيق إستراتيجية التنويع الاقتصادي وإنجاحها من خلال تبني حزمة من السياسات الاقتصادية التنويعية، والتي يكون الهدف منها إعادة هيكلة الاقتصاد ورفع مستوى مساهمة القطاعات الاقتصادية البديلة في الناتج المحلي، وتحسين كفاءة وفاعلية هذه القطاعاتThis study aims to identify economic diversification by addressing the various concepts and definitions associated with it and the justification for its adoption in the various economies of developing countries. This study is of great importance to countries, especially the rentier ones which suffer from large imbalances and distortions in their economic structures resulting from their dependence on the resource The only income, which comes through the possession of natural wealth sits in the forefront of oil, which made them characterized by unilateral economy. The danger of dependence on this resource is reflected in the fact that its prices are linked to the world oil markets, with occasional sharp fluctuations and the consequent impact on economic growth and stability in these countries. Therefore, many countries have sought to implement the strategy of economic diversification and success by adopting a package of economic diversification policies, which aim to restructure the economy and raise the level of contribution of alternative economic sectors in the GDP and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of these sectors.
