Abstract

"الملخص بالعربية: إن المشرع الجزائري أخضع عملية تحديد والوفاء بالراتب إلى قواعد وإجراءات خاصة كالدفع بانتظام وفي الزمن والمكان المناسبين وبالتالي أوجب المشرع إعداد الكشف للمراتب وتقديمه للعامل وقد أخضع هذه العملية للرقابة. - للأجر أهمية بالغة بالنسبة للعامل كونه مصدر رزق له وبالنسبة لصاحب العمل هو استثمار الجهد العامل رغم التكلفة المادية مقابل لهذا الجهد. ويخضع تسديد الراتب إلى مراحل النفقة العمومية وهي: الإلتزام التصفية، الأمر بالدفع والتسديد. - يتحدد الأجر القاعدي عن طريق الشبكة الإستدلالية للأجور، ويعتبر الأجر القاعدي الأساس الذي تحسب من خلاله مختلف المنح، التعويضات والمكافآت. - إن قطاع التربية الوطنية يحسب أجور موظفيه بالاعتماد على جميع القوانين المنظمة لهذا الأخير بداية من الأجر القاعدي إلى جميع المنح والتعويضات والتغيرات الحاصلة في حساب الأجور شملت كل الموظفين في مختلف الأصناف والدرجات.
