Réalisation d'un système de Dépôt de couches minces

Abstract

" L’objectif principal de ce travail est l’étude et la réalisation d’un système de spray à partir de la phase de conception jusqu'à le choix des pièces utilisées avec le respect des conditions de fonctionnement. D’autre part, pour tester l’efficacité de notre appareil, une étude de caractérisation par la diffraction des rayons X , des réflexions optiques et électriques sur une couche mince de l’oxyde de Zinc a été effectuée et qui a montré le dépôt de couche d’oxyde de Zinc. Mots clés : oxyde zinc- Spray - couches minces –diffraction des rayons X - optique - électrique. Abstract The main objective of this work is the study and the realization of a spray system from the design phase until the choice of the parts used with the respect of the operating conditions. On the other hand, to test the effectiveness of our device, a characterization study by X-ray diffraction, optical and electrical reflections on a thin layer of Zinc oxide was carried out and which showed the deposition ofzinc oxide layer " "تم في هذا البحث دراسة وانجاز نظام الرش،ابتداء من مرحلة التصميم ثم الإنشاء، باختيار شكل ومادة القطع المستعملة مع ما يتلاءم وظروف عمل الجهاز ومراعاة الشروط العملياتية من جانب آخر تم إجراء دراسة تطبيقية لرش الزنك للتحقق من مدى فعالية الجهاز، ولهذا الغرض تم إجراء فحصجزئي باستعمال انعكاس الأشعة السينية، البصرية والكهربائية على طبقة رقيقة من أكسيد الزنك والتي أظهرت ترسب طبقة من أكسيد الزنك.
